Heartfelt condolences go out to the Spino family this week in the loss of their young son. His classmates, teachers and friends will miss him.

Lyle Secondary School goes solar. A new solar project at the school is creating power! The Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) funded a grant that allows them to produce electricity from the sun, making it one of 249 photovoltaic systems in place throughout the country! This system will decrease the electric bill while offering a valuable learning resource for the students. Along with the first grant, the BEF supplied the high school with $3000 of instructional equipment and curriculum, which required training for the teachers and staff. The...
