William Spino



William Van Pelt Spino, 78, passed away on May 28, 2014 in Goldendale, Washington.

He was born November 29, 1935 in High Prairie, Washington to Roy and Louise (Van Pelt) Spino. William married Gloria Kathleen Rodgers on November 29, 1987 in Klickitat, Washington. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for Rabanco. Mr. Spino belonged to the Shaker Church, Yakama Tribe and Union Member 1751 (Western Metal Industry Union). He loved camping, fishing, traveling, reading and dancing. He also enjoyed attending tribal functions.

William is survived by his wife Gloria Spino of Goldendale; stepsons Joseph A. Rodgers of Portland and Andrew T. Serish; daughters Kathleen M. Spino- Bybee and Arlita Ibabao’s of Portland; son Conrad Ibabao’s of Portland; and grandchildren Akaska Spino-Bybee and Solomon Bybee of Goldendale.

Columbia Hills Memorial Chapel handled cremation arrangements.
