STRONG LINE PLAY: Mason Steen (57) and Joseph Gast (71) close in on Ruvim Tyutyunnik during Friday action. The Goldendale defense held River View to 10 yards and all backs not named Tyutyunnik to just 18 yards rushing.

Emotions swung from Oh no! following River View's fourth quarter touchdown, making the score 26-12 with just 3:37 left in the game, to Oh yeah! just 18 seconds later when Chris Trunkey took the ball around right end for a Goldendale touchdown. In the end the Panthers escaped with a 26-18 win.

Goldendale had their strong running game on display again this week. The offensive line began to win the battle by the third quarter and the defense eliminated all but one weapon from the Panther offense. That weapon was quarterback Ruvim Tyutyunnik who rushed for all four Panther touchdowns.

Trent Radway got his second interception of the year.

River View 12 – 6 – 0 – 8 26
