Harvest 5K - running for fun



Pick up your feet: More than 28 Goldendale businesses donated prizes for the winners of Sole to Soul's fourth annual Harvest 5K Fun Run, held last Saturday. Beginning on Main Street in Goldendale, more than 30 runners head for the finish line.

More than 30 runners, walkers, and volunteers gathered on Main Street in Goldendale on a crisp Saturday morning to participate in the 4th annual Harvest 5K fun run.

The run-held Oct. 25 and sponsored by Sole to Soul Health Center and organized by Patty Cooper and Rachel Murray of Goldendale Runners and Walkers (R.A.W.)-brought local runners and walkers of all ages together to compete for prizes donated by more than 28 Goldendale businesses.  Volunteers in orange vests directed participants from Main Street, onto Columbus Avenue, and past the golf course where they started the return trip.
