Sole win puts Wolves in driver seat for post season football


Goldendale went into Friday’s football game at Naches Valley looking for their first league win. Not only did they come away with an amazing 20-14 win, they have positioned themselves into a real possibility of making it into the cross-over playoffs.

Goldendale Coach Chris Hill didn’t see the game as a miracle come-back. He saw the touchdown pass from Bryce Wilkins to Chris Trunkey early in the third quarter as a play that should have put the Timberwolves ahead.
