Wolves run over Coyotes to end season with a win


Goldendale reached the .500 mark on the season with a 26-14 football victory over Columbia-Burbank, Friday in Burbank. B.J. Walter had his best rushing night of the year and his only 100 yard game as he picked up 156 yards on 27 carries.

Goldendale scored 14 points in the first quarter on a 29-yard pass from Bryce Wilkins to Logan Boardman and a 4-yard run by Tyrell Read plus a two-point conversion run by Chris Trunkey. The Coyotes were equal to the task, connecting on two long pass plays of 72 yards and 36 yards for touchdowns.

From that point on, over the final three quarters, it was all Goldendale with a dominating running game that piled up 282 yards on 55 carries. Columbia-Burbank wa...
