Nancy Mondor

Nancy Mondor

Nancy "Ga-Ga" L. Mondor, was born in Yakima, WA on February 11, 1950 and peacefully passed away January 6, 2015 in Goldendale, WA. She was so very thankful for the recent extra special Christmas that she spent with her entire family. That's when she was the happiest!

Nancy was a fantastic ultrasound technician for many years, which enabled her to eventually travel the world, doing what she did best- making new friends and ultrasound.

When she wasn't dancing with her great-grandson Gunner, Nancy loved cooking and baking her gourmet meals and treats, canning jams and creating her famous (secret recipe) salsas. She put lots of love into everything she made! She enjoyed Christmas, annual Westport trips, sewing, quilting, crocheting, photography, concerts, playing Yahtzee, looking for agates, mushrooming, and finding hidden treasures at thrift stores. She would also out-fish the best of them!

Nancy is survived by her son Adam (Andrea) Ullom of Santa Fe, NM and daughter Alicia (Jason Cook) Ullom along with her grandchildren Gavin (Brittany Olmos) Ullom, Addison and Asher Ullom, Robert Cook and great-grandson Gunner Ullom, her sister Cynthia Barnes, a niece and nephew, along with numerous great nephews, extra special girls Devon and Dillon Becker and plenty of friends throughout the world. Words cannot even begin to describe how deeply she will be missed by all!

Nancy was preceded in death by both of her parents, Ramon and Velma (Schumacher) Mondor and her little sister Marlene Mauch.

We all just want our Ga-Ga back!
