Pirates fend off Vandal rally for much needed league win

Klickitat's Scotty Harrington brought the crowd to their feet with his buzzer beating three point shot to close out the third quarter and bring the Vandals to within two of, Bickleton 42-40, during a crucial Gorge League game last Friday. The Pirates' Nathan Powers had another big fourth quarter, scoring eight points to help the Pirates secure a 58-46 win.

Clean play worked against the Vandals down the stretch as they wanted to get into a foul shooting game, but with just three fouls in the half, a lot of clock ticked away before the Pirates went to the foul line.
