Home and Garden Show starts preparing for 2016 with booth reservations

With six years of successful shows under its belt, the Greater Goldendale Area Chamber of Commerce’s 7th annual Goldendale Home and Garden Show resumes its three-day schedule Friday through Sunday, May 1, 2, and 3, at the Klickitat County Fairgrounds.

This year’s show will once again be inside the Joan Frey Arena at the Klickitat County Fairgrounds plus a sheltered food court for comfort and convenience. The show is scheduled 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Once inside visitors will find a variety of exhibitors showcasing their products and services from the Goldendale area and throughout the Columbia River Gorge. Other attractions include expanded Klickitat County Master Gardeners exhibits and recycling compost displays with Klickitat County Solid Waste.

Exhibitors can still reserve their space for the show, expected to attract approximately 2,000 people, according to organizers. Chamber of Commerce members are eligible for a 10 percent discount on exhibitor booth space. Spaces are reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis by calling the Chamber at 773-3400, or get an application online at http://www.chamber.org.
