High Prairie Firehouse Sale returns

It's May again, and the High Prairie community is putting the finishing touches on its 16th annual High Prairie Firehouse Sale. This widely anticipated spring event combines a giant rummage and plant sale, food concession, silent auction, quilt raffle, kids' activities, and more. The sale draws shoppers from all through the Gorge and beyond.

This year's Firehouse Sale starts Friday, May 15, and runs through Sunday, May 17. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday. The location is the High Prairie Community Center/Fire Hall, at 701 Struck Road, just off Centerville Highway. Signs will direct visitors to the site.
