Below is a summary of major events from Superior Court criminal docket for the week of May 18, 2015, provided by Klickitat County Prosecuting Attorney David R. Quesnel. Superior Court is in session generally every other week.

State of Washington v. Kevin Belyeu, 15-1-00051-1, pleaded guilty to Assault in the Second Degree- Domestic Violence, RCW 9A.36.021, date of offense 4/18/15, and sentencing is postponed to June 1, 2015.

State of Washington v. Robert Whalley, 15-1-00053-7, pleaded guilty to Harassment (Threats to Kill)-Domestic Violence, RCW 9A.46.020, date of offense 4/17/15, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail plus legal financial obligations.

State of Washington v. Lana Lepak, 14-1-00070-9, pleaded guilty to Bail Jumping, RCW 9A.76.170, date of offense 3/16/15, and was sentenced to three months in jail plus legal financial obligations.

State of Washington v. Rodney Charpentier, 10-1-00124-9, pursuant to a 2012 beach trial (defendant was on warrant status) finding defendant guilty of six counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine, defendant was sentenced to 45 months in prison followed by 45 months of DOC supervision under prison-based DOSA sentence plus legal financial obligations.

State of Washington v. Tucker Engle, #15-1-00050-2, after pleading guilty on 5/4/15 to felony protection order violation, was sentenced to 6 months in jail plus legal financial obligations and 12 months of DOC supervision.

State of Washington v. Tucker Zakit, #13-1-000157-0, after pleading guilty in 2013 to Residential Burglary, Theft 2 and Theft of a Firearm (defendant was on warrant status), was sentenced to 24 months in prison plus legal financial obligations.

State of Washington v. Tucker Zakit, #15-1-00036-7, pleaded guilty to Bail Jumping, RCW 9A.76.170, date of offense 4/07/14, and was sentenced to 9 months in jail plus legal financial obligations.

State of Washington v. Marcos Madrid, #13-1-00158-8, pleaded guilty to Burglary in the First Degree, RCW 9A.52.020, and Theft of a Firearm, RCW 9A.56.300, date of offense 9/14/13, and was sentenced to 60 months in prison plus legal financial obligations.

State of Washington v. Marcos Madrid, #14-1-00006-7, pleaded guilty to Tampering with a Witness, RCW 9A.72.120, date of offense 1/12/14, and was sentenced to 57 months in prison plus legal financial obligations.

State of Washington v. Stephen Hyniak, #14-1-00063-6, found guilty on May 21st, 2015, after jury trial, of Assault in the Third Degree (Law Enforcement Officer), RCW 9A.36.031, and Resisting Arrest, RCW 9A.76.040, date of offense 4/24/15, and sentenced has been continued to June 1st, 2015.

State of Washington v. Charles Hicks, #14-1-00073-3, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine, RCW 60.50.4013, date of offense 4/13/14, and was sentenced to 6 months in jail plus legal financial obligations and 12 months of DOC supervision.

State of Washington v. Charles Hicks, #15-1-00022-7, pleaded guilty to Bail Jumping, RCW 9A.76.170, date of offense 03/03/15, and was sentenced to six months jail plus legal financial obligations.

State of Washington v. Brenda Thornton, #15-1-00024-3, defendant failed to appear, $10,000 warrant issued.

State of Washington v. Jeana Wilson, #15-1-00029-4, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine, RCW 69.50.4013, date of offense 3/04/15, and was sentenced to 30 days jail plus legal financial obligations and 12 months of DOC supervision.

State of Washington v. Mary Urieta, #15-1-00046-4, pleaded guilty to Taking a Motor Vehicle without Permission 2nd Degree, RCW 9A.56.075, date of offense 4/02/15, and was sentenced to 2 months jail plus legal financial obligations.

State of Washington v. Marcos Delatorre, #15-1-00047-2, pleaded guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree, RCW 9A.52.030 and Malicious Mischief in the Second Degree, RCW 9A.48.080, date of offense 3/21/15, and was sentenced to 60 days jail (30 days converted to 240 hours of community service) under first time offender waiver plus 12 months DOC supervision and legal financial obligations.

State of Washington v. Ronald Radford, #13-1-00155-3, after pleading guilty in 2014 to Burglary First Degree, Theft First Degree and Theft of Firearm, was sentenced to 24 months in prison plus legal financial obligations.
