Kenith Vogt

Kenith Hans Vogt was born in Oak Creek, South Dakota on December 4, 1930, the son of Hazel Lee (Bartlett) and John Hans Vogt. Kenith served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War, receiving an honorable discharge on October 1, 1954.

On January 8, 1955 he married Lorraine Pagel at Grace Lutheran Church in Klickitat, Washington. He worked at J. Neils Lumber Company through the Champion days in Klickitat. He was a union member for St. Regis for 35 years. Mr. Vogt retired in 1986 due to health reasons.

Kenith was a member of the Gleaners for 25 years. For two decades he volunteered for Lyle Senior Center serving meals. He was also a member of Grace Lutheran Church and serve...
