Learn to churn butter, attend 1-room school house

Klickitat County Historical Society invites primary school age children to come to the Presby House Musum Wednesday, July 29, from 10 a.m. to noon, for a chance to learn to churn butter, make a print from a linotype plate, attend class in a one-room schoolhouse, and wash clothes with a washboard and wash tub.

Children who have completed first grade, and those who have not yet entered middle school are invited to attend. There is a limit of 30 students. Register by July 27, and the cost is $3.

Presby House Museum is located at 127 W. Broadway, in Goldendale.
