Carol Lee Blakey, age 63, of Bickleton, Wa. died Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at her home in Bickleton, WA.

Carol was born March 3, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri the daughter of Robert and Carol Trimble. She spent her early years in Missouri and later moved to Bickleton, WA. On July 23, 1995 she married John Thomas Blakey in Bickleton, WA. Following their marriage they made their home in Bickleton until the time of her death. She was employed as site maintenance at the Republic Services Landfill. She also established a successful business breeding and selling Cardigan Welsh Corgi’s, miniature and toy Australian Shepherds. She was a member of the Alder Rebecca Lodge #80, Bickleton, WA. Her hobbies included crafts, yard sales, auctions, gardening and traveling. Her family and her dogs were the blessings of her life. She is survived by her husband John Thomas Blakey of Bickleton, WA. She is also survived by three children, Kimberly Trimble, Danielle Lee Cannon and Casey Russel Cannon, one step-child Cyndy M. Eastwood; five grandchildren Lacy Alisha Cannon, Kane Russel Cannon, Hannah Lee Delbrook, Jenna Lee Cannon and Shelby Lee Ingram; two step-grandchildren Carlin Eastwood and Chaney Eastwood, one sister Becky Lee Hodge. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Prentice Cramer Trimble.

Memorial Services for Carol Lee Blakey will be held, Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the I.O.O.F. Lodge Hall, Bickleton, WA. In Lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Tri-City Chaplaincy, memorials may be left at the Lodge Hall at the time of the service.
