Pick-six for Boardman as Timberwolves down River View Panthers


Goldendale repaid a debt by defeating River View 26-14 at Finley, Friday. Last year the Panthers won 26-18 in Goldendale. In that game the Panthers dominated with their ground game. This time it was Goldendale who pounded out 185 yards on the ground, scoring three touchdowns.

Logan Boardman picked off Kaden Lee for a 70 yard touchdown. Charles Hicks had a 5-yard insurance touchdown for Goldendale who evened their non-conference record at 1-1.

Next up for the Timberwolves is the final non-conference game at White Swan. Game time is 7 p.m. The next home game is Homecoming, Sept. 25.
