Centerville School holds holiday bazaar

The Centerville School is holding its fourth annual Holiday Bazaar at the school on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is to raise funds to support the students, teachers, and school needs.

Jennifer Armstrong at the school says the event makes a great opportunity to help. “We hope everyone will come out and support these great causes and stay for a yummy lunch and visiting with friends and neighbors,” she says.

The bazaar will feature a wide variety of vendors, including homemade crafts, Western items, Scentsy, Jamberry, plus much more.

As well, the seventh/eighth grade class will have a bake sale table to raise money for their next trip. And the 4-H Capital Learning Group will be selling raffle tickets for their Hog Raffle to help fund their upcoming trip to Washington, D.C. The Rodeo Club will be selling Christmas trees and swags.

“We will have a raffle table full of items donated from local businesses,” adds Armstrong, “plus a chili, cornbread and pie lunch along with other concession foods. It is sure to be a great time for a great cause.”
