Do-it-yourself clean-up crew takes initiative

I grew up on West Broadway and for years my dad has been the one cleaning up the garbage from unsecured loads from where the speed limit changes to 50 mph to the transfer station for years. This winter he had a surgery that he's still dealing with complications from, and it's kept him from cleaning up the garbage-and now it's gotten out of hand.

It all started a couple of weeks ago when the Sheriffs' department said they would be issuing tickets to drivers hauling unsecured loads. When I questioned if they would be organizing a clean-up crew, they responded, "We are looking into clean-up now." I decided to not wait for them and to take matters into my own hands.
