Knights sweep Wolves with 10 inning game two pitching duel

SQUEEZE PLAY: Joseph Randall scored the tying run in the bottom of the seventh inning on Will Bostick's squeeze bunt. Neither team could score until the seventh inning. Royal went on to win in 10.

Pitching was the story of Saturday's game in Goldendale as Royal swept the Timberwolves 4-0 and 2-1 in an extra-inning game. Both teams played well in the field, making runs hard to come by.

After being out-hit in game one, Goldendale had the edge in game two. The Wolves loaded the bases in the first inning with nobody out, but the inning ended without a score on a line drive to the short stop. Goldendale continued to get runners on base, but it wasn't until the seventh inning, with their backs against the wall until the Wolves plated a run.
