PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITIES: Kinnedy Whitner scoops up a ball hit to center field at Cle Elum. With 53 runs scored by the Warriors, there were plenty of fielding opportunities for Goldendale in the game.

A short-handed Lady Timberwolf team took a beating on the road at Cle Elum-Roslyn, Saturday, losing a pair of shutouts, 27-0 and 26-0. The only highlight for the Wolves was a double by Kinnedy Whitner in game two. The Warriors had 13-run innings in both games and scored in each inning of the five-inning games.

With spring break out of the way, the Wolves looked to bounce back at River View on Tuesday. They take on a difficult opponent with Zillah visiting on Thursday. Saturday is another tough road trip to La Salle.
