Marvin Woodruff

Marvin Wayne Woodruff, 62, passed away in Portland, Oregon on August 11, 2016. He was born in Goldendale, Washington on November 7, 1953 to Flora Jean (Williams) and Norman Washington Woodruff. He lived in Wahkiacus Heights for many years before moving to Klickitat.

Marvin married Frances "Franny" Howell on March 26, 1972 in White Salmon. He worked in the woods, at the mill in Klickitat and for the Goldendale Aluminum Plant. Marvin also raised dogs for ten years. He enjoyed fishing and in his earlier days was active in racecar and motorcycle driving and snow-and waterskiing.

Mr. Woodruff is survived by his wife Frances "Franny" Woodruff of Klickitat; daughter Catrina Anne Zumwalt of Klickitat; son Brian Wayne Woodruff of Goldendale; sisters Anita Allen and Tammy Woodruff both of Odell, Linda Hilkey of White Salmon and Cindy of Wahkiacus Heights; and three grandchildren.
