A nostalgic stroll down Candy Cane Lane

Tis the season for tradition, and one of Goldendale's most beloved of winter traditions will be marching its way through town for its 26th year; this year's Candy Cane Lane Parade is set to take place on Dec. 10.

This will be parade number 14 for Julie Vance, who is a co-committee chair for this event. She was originally inspired to get involved in the planning side of the parade because of the community spirit that surrounds events like this, and she hopes to grow the parade into an event that will pull families from all over to attend.
