Injuries and illness hurt Goldendale girls as league play begins


Two weeks ago, the Goldendale girls basketball team cruised by Stevenson and held off the Royal Knights with its ability to push the tempo on offense and score in transition.

In three South Central Athletic Conference games last week, however, head coach Mike Plum said his team was just trying to survive after starting off the conference slate of games without a full team.
