Goldendale girls earn first SCAC road win

The Goldendale Timberwolves girls basketball team bounced back from its two game skid and knocked off the Naches Rangers 57-51 on Tuesday night in Naches.

Led by 21 points from senior forward Ocean Bryan, the Timberwolves jumped out on top early, and held off a late Naches fourth quarter run to improve to 5-10 overall and 2-8 in South Central Athletic Conference play.

Coming off back-to-back losses to La Salle on Jan. 20 and Zillah a day later, the Timberwolves were able to pick up their first conference road win against the Rangers, who haven't won a game yet in SCAC play and are 1-13 overall.
