By all accounts, the Glenwood School students and staff, and many of the parents, enjoyed a lot of fun activities and travel during spring break. First grader Jocee spent one of her spring break mornings picking up a garden cart full of trash along one stretch of road. Since age three, Jocee has considered the stretch of road from Shady Nook Farm to the Ryan corner her responsibility and takes that job very seriously. She thinks it would be great if other children and families in the community would unofficially adopt stretches of road near where they live and keep those roadsides cleaned of trash, too. Thank you, Jocee, for caring about your community and the environment.
