4H state shoot comes to Brooks

For the first time ever, the Washington State 4H Archery Championships are coming to the east side of the state.

Starting on Friday and running through Sunday at Brooks Park, some of the best archers in the state, including 23 Klickitat County archers, will be competing for the state championship.

The shoot kicks off Friday at 3 p.m. and closes up around 7 p.m. on the East side of Brooks the same day, and starts back up at 8 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

State competitors from around here are Austin Williams, Riley Perry, Quinn Perry, Andrew Ihrig, Tori Tallman, Cameron Mains and Mason Conroy in the senior level.
