Centerville School gets grant

Northwest Farm Credit Services (FCS) provided the Centerville School District with a $1,500 grant on July 17 at the Centerville School, which will go towards the improvement of the school's playground and park area.

Centerville School principal Kristin Cameron was on hand to accept the grant from Northwest FCS, who partnered locally with the Ross Family. Northwest FCS offers grants to rural communities in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska, and open up their application process three times throughout the year. Centerville was selected to receive their grant during the June application process.
