Parks and Rec District hosting art classes at pool

The Central Klickitat County Parks and Recreation District, along with the Goldendale Art Guild have teamed up to offer multiple art classes for kids and adults throughout the summer.

Although there already have been three youth classes and one class for the residents of New Hope Farm in late June and July, more classes are planned for August.

The first adult classes of the month kick off Aug. 2 and 3 in the Goldendale Swimming Pool party room or in the front lawn outside the pool if it isn't too hot or windy, and focus on hand building ceramics.
