NPRA rodeo Sat. More events set earlier in the week at fair

The Klickitat County Fair is right around the corner, which means the Northwest Professional Rodeo Association sanctioned event is coming to Bill Conboy Arena.

Cowboys and cowgirls from all over the state as well as Oregon and Idaho to compete in one of the last NPRA rodeos before the finals start.

Although the rodeo kicks off on Saturday at 12:30 p.m., there are a handful of non-NPRA events that lead up to the main event.

The first event set to kick off is the Western Games. The games start on Thursday at 4 p.m. and feature speed pattern events such as the pole bending and the barrel racing events.
