Ogden acquires new eye exam tool

Dr. James Ogden’s job just got a lot easier with a brand new state-of-the-art eye scanner that allows him to see the entirety of the inside of the eye with just one picture.

The machine is called a Daytona OPTO Map and was FDA approved in the United States in 1999. It is a non-evasive way for doctors to look at a patient’s eye health with a click of a button and shows a display of that image on a computer screen.

“Having this technology will help me make better and more informed decisions when treating a patient,” Ogden says. “It will benefit patients, and I can do my job better and have fun doing it.”
