Ketchum Kalf Rodeo on the way


The seven Glenwood Eagles who represented their school and community at the state track meet in Cheney did not disappoint. After a rousing send-off from the school last Thursday, with a fire truck leading the way out of town, and people cheering them on from nearly every driveway on their route, the team and their coach, Aaron Oldenburg, made the long drive to Cheney. Although not everyone on the team brought home medals, they all placed in the top 16 in their events, a great achievement in itself.

Kevan Bren brought home an 8th place medal in the 100m and placed 11th in the 200m and 9th in the long jump. Brooklyn Emerson medaled in the 100m, taking 3rd place, and also received a 2nd pla...
