New State Library partnership provides access to thousands of news sources for Washington researchers

Students, teachers, and patrons of public libraries can now read and research an unprecedented amount of information from more than 11,000 news sources thanks to a new partnership between the Washington State Library, a division of the Office of Secretary of State Kim Wyman, and NewsBank Inc.
This cooperative effort brings NewsBank’s Access World News Research Collection to libraries throughout Washington. It is the most comprehensive news product NewsBank offers, featuring publications from around the world as well as 134 sources in Washington state, from The Spokesman-Review to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer and The Bellingham Herald.
