Klickitat County Determination of Mitigated Non-Significance

Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on December 14, 2018, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084, as amended, for the following proposals:

SEP2018-21. Applicant: Ron & Diane Davis. A Short Plat application requesting to subdivide approximately 56.69 acres into 4 lots. The proposed short plat is located on Lot 1 SPL 2008-35 and Lot 1 SPL 2010-01 in the S ½ of Section 15, T6N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Trout Lake vicinity) on tax parcel numbers 06-10-1508-3501/00 and 06-10-1510-0101/00.

After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposals will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment.
