Program offered to help spaying for low income families

This is the second part of a series on a unique feral cat spaying program called Pawsitivity.

After the first article we wrote ran in The Sentinel, we were pleased with the response from the people in Goldendale and their desire to help neighborhood cats. Due to the inquiries and information received, we were able to spay and neuter quite a few cats. Unfortunately, one of the cats was already pregnant, but thanks to the help of a caring citizen, we were able to catch her in the very early stages of pregnancy. Nobody wants to spay pregnant cats, and that is why we remind people to plan ahead. Kitten season is usually from around April to October, and it comes every year. See the first arti...
