For more than 50 years and through three generations of managing healthcare communities, the Drakes, originally from Boise, have seen many physical problems alleviated by healthy diets. In their search for the best nutritional foods, they discovered microgreens. The Drakes now own and live on a state-of-the-art facility about 13 miles north of Goldendale where they grow up to 500 pounds of USDA certified organic microgreens per week.
