Trout Unlimited gets grant for two more camps

The Klickitat Chapter 484 of Trout Unlimited received a grant for two more youth fishing camps to be held on May 17-19 and June 7-9 of this year. The camps are for 4th, 5th, and 6th Graders in Klickitat County and will be held at Brooks State Park which is located 13 miles north of Goldendale. Trout Unlimited is a national, non-profit organization whose mission is to conserve, protect and restore cold water fisheries. Wilhite serves the TU chapter as youth engagement coordinator, camp organizer, and grant writer.
