Several gentlemen have volunteered to take a thousand dollars each of stock in a first-class hotel in Goldendale. Who will be next? This is not by any means as big an undertaking as building a railroad, and it will be accomplished if our citizens go at it with a will. We understand that Mr. Golden will take an interest in it to the extent of the value of a block of ground upon which to set it, and a beautiful spot is available on the little knoll just west of his house, which site will command a beautiful view of the town about mid-way between the depot and the business part of town.
