IN THE SWING: Senior Alden Bothamley, along with Kelli and Kristin Bighorn, are likely headed to the state finals after next week's district championship.


After four years of losing seasons, the girls showed dramatic improvement, finishing 2 games above .500.


On Thursday, May 9, the SCAC subdistrict matches took place at

the Desert Aire Golf Course in Desert Aire, WA. Luke Gerchak fired an 80 to take second and Myles Lee placed 14th with a 104, as did Sarah Hiebert, who shot a personal best of 124. All three are heading to

Cle Elum for the district matches today at the Prospector Golf Course.


In final regular season action against Zillah on May 11, the Panthers boys topped GHS 2-3, with one win for GHS earned by forfeit. As usual, the girls were dominant, going 4-1, also with one win by forfeit. The doubles team o...
