Pioneer Picnic a great start to the weekend

The Pioneer Picnic was a colorful and crowded event this weekend.

The historical Carousel was up and running for its once a year operation, and well over 600 tickets were sold just on Saturday alone-that did not include the free rides on Friday or sales on Sunday.

There were multiple gift and food vendors. The Fellowship of Christian Athletes were very busy at the food booth for the first time this year. They have taken over from the Aldercreek Pioneer Association and had lots of kids working the booth to help raise money to attend camp the end of June.
