Maxine M Collett, age 80, passed away August 10, 2019 due to complications from a fall.

Maxine was born in Boise Idaho to John and Marcella Bell on June 12 1939. Some time later the family relocated to Zillah Washington. She graduated High School in Zillah. She married Ray Roberts right after High School. She had three children while married to Ray. Randy Roberts, Shelly Jaeger-Roberts and Kimberly Ackley-Roberts. Maxine also had four grand daughters that she loved dearly. Haley Lampman, Karley Lampman, Courtney Jaeger-Midea and Chantel Jaeger.

In the mid 60's Maxine and Ray divorced. She then became a hairdresser and later an instructor and manager at Mr Lee's beauty School. She loved her work.

She met Tommy Collett while instructing at Mr Lee's. They married June 6 1970. In 1976 the family moved to Goldendale.

Maxine worked at the Little Paris Beauty Salon and later purchased the business. She was a business owner in town for 20+ years. Maxine loved her work and her clientele in Goldendale and was loved by all who knew her.

In April of this year Maxine & Tommy moved to assisted living in Marysville Washington to be closer to family.
