HERE COME HEALTHY SNACKS: Avangrid and its employees say they're excited and honored to be part of the "No Child Goes Hungry" program at the Goldendale school district. The company presented a check to the district last week. Once again healthy snacks are available to the Goldendale school district with the help of Avangrid Renewables' Juniper Canyon Wind Power Farm, which again awarded a generous donation to the district in honor of their "No Child Goes Hungry" program.

A healthy snack center is located at each school office. The goal is to ensure that any student who has missed the breakfast or lunch meal service for that day can now be offered a healthy snack item. "Students learn best when they are well nourished, and they will benefit from this kind donation from our business and community partner, Avangrid Renewables," says Food Service Director Ruth Faulconer.
