NICE DOGGIE: Good dog behavior is entirely the responsibility of the owner.

The causes of canine aggression toward humans are straightforward-how it is that they are allowed access to harm others is not. Ultimately, all blame for dog bites and attacks come down to management by humans. A dog's very genes are the result of human intervention; the dog has no control over their genetic makeup, no control over their socialization and training, no control over their containment and management. It may fulfill some primitive human impulse to blame the dog (or an entire breed), but in truth it is always human error at fault.

One has only to look about to see the causes of misfortune between human and canine. Modern dogs are exposed to far more stress than ever before. L...
