As of March 1, there were 13 confirmed cases and two deaths in Washington state and two confirmed cases in Oregon in human beings, of the disease called “COVID-19”, otherwise known as “coronavirus.” COVID-19 is a new disease, and information about the virus is fluid at this point. There is no shortage of misinformation and speculation—so I hope this following information can be of help to you as we wait to see if a pandemic materializes or not.
