PROBATE NOTICE TO CREDITORS

(RCW 11.40.030)

The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this Estate. Any person having a claim against the Decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) thirty (30) days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four (4) months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the Decedent's probate and nonprobate assets.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday May 4, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, ALL Klickitat County OFFICES AND FACILITIES will be closed to the public. Written comments can be emailed to planning@klickitatcounty.org prior to 7pm May 4, 2020.

The purpose of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposal:

Conditional Use Application CUP2020-03. Applicant: Wireless Site Technology LLC for a new wireless communications facility including an 80’ tall monopole tower on a concrete pad for radio equipment cabinets with electrical service from a nearby utility pole. The site will be enclosed within a 38’ by 38’ fenced chain link fence with privacy slates. The proposal is located within a portion of Section 16, T2N, R13E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA on tax parcel 02131653000300 (Murdock Vicinity).

The Board of Adjustment may approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matters to a set time and place.

The Board of Directors of the Klickitat County Emergency Medical Services District No. 1 announce they will conduct their April Regular Board Meeting on Thursday April 30th, 2020 at 3:00pm at the Dallesport Community Center, located at 136 6th Ave, Dallesport WA. This is a change from the original meeting date which was scheduled for Thursday April 23rd, 2020.
