Carol Ann Spencer passed away on April 16, 2020, at St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor Hospital in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Her death was as a result of coronavirus.

Carol Ann was born on March 26, 1941, in Vancouver, Washington. She spent her childhood and teenage years in Wishram, Maryhill, and Goldendale. She moved her family to the Detroit, Michigan area in the late 1960s and spent her final years in Ypsilanti, Michigan, where she resided at Villa at Park Ridge, an assisted living facility. She was preceded in death by her mother, Helene Spencer of Goldendale; father, Lyle Spencer of Bothell, Washington; and nephew, Tamron Stone, of Prineville, Oregon. She is survived by her children: Keith McGuffin of Tempe, Arizona, Dan Pipp of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Cindy Wright of Laredo, Texas, Larry Spencer of Holland, Michigan, Marcie Schwab of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Jason Spencer of Waterford, Michigan, and Amanda Newton of Mabelton, Georgia; her 20 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; her only sister, Grace Stone of Kennewick, Washington; her nephews Terry Stone of Goldendale, Christopher Stone of Kennewick, Washington, and niece Kyleen Zimber of Silverton, Oregon; along with many, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, and cousins. She was a member of the New Bethel Church of God in Christ in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

Services are pending the end of the coronavirus crisis.
