LaVila "Vi" Mulrony

LaVila “Vi” Mulrony, 87, passed away in Goldendale on April 19, 2020. She was born in Kennebec, South Dakota, on July 24, 1932 to Arleigh and Carol (Stevenson) Jessop. She married Hiram “Jack” Mulrony on November 6, 1950 in Prosser, Washington. Vi was a manager at a bowling alley, a clerk at Sletten’s Department Store and counted fish at John Day Dam. She was a member of the Jaycees and the Legion Auxiliary. Mrs. Mulroney also served as secretary of the fair board and was a Grand Marshall for the fair. She loved going to yard sales and playing Bingo.

Vi was preceded in death by two sons, Skip and Hiram Mulroney. She is survived by her husband, Jack, of Goldendale; son Jim Mulroney (Shirley) of Goldendale; son Randy Mulrony (Vonni) of Pomeroy, Washington; daughters-in-law Vicki Mulrony of Goldendale and Sherri Mulrony of Roosevelt; nine grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
