Governor announces phases for re-opening

Governor Jay Inslee Monday signed an order extending the Stay Home Order through May 31.
The governor also laid out his plan to reopen the state in a phased manner. The phased reopening will consist of four phases. There is a minimum of three weeks in each phase, with each phase based on certain criteria. The criteria used to move to the next phase will include: disease status; risk to vulnerable populations; testing capacity and availability; ability to investigate and isolate those with the disease; and healthcare readiness, including the accessibility of personal protective equipment (PPE).
