I think we can finally say summer is here. And with early summer comes the Fourth of July; often a time of crisis for town dwelling pet owners. Here are a few tips on how to keep those inevitable - yet preventable - Independence Day pet problems from happening.

TOP TIP! Put identification on your pet. This is sensible all year round, but the 4th of July brings fireworks, visitors - including that one uncle that always leaves the yard gate open - and worst of all, those inconsiderate little angels whose idea of “independence” leans heavily on the belief that the only good firework is an illegal firework, and that “freedom” means setting said illegal firework off anytime but the...
