June was slightly warmer

 

According to preliminary data received by NOAA's National Weather Service in Pendleton, Oregon, temperatures at Goldendale averaged slightly warmer than normal during the month of June.

The average temperature was 61.0 degrees, which was 0.6 degrees above normal. High temperatures averaged 75.2 degrees, which was 0.1 degrees below normal. The highest was 98 degrees on the 24th. Low temperatures averaged 46.7 degrees, which was 1.2 degrees above normal. The lowest was 36 degrees, on the 3rd.

On two days, the temperature exceeded 90 degrees.
