State Republican Party convention a 'virtual' success

 


The Washington State Republican Party (WSRP) held their Republican State Convention on June 26 and 27. Using virtual large-meeting technology, over 1,020 registered delegates from across the state were able to dial-in for the virtual convention, as per Gov. Jay Inslee’s orders.

The convention presented the opportunity to hear from Republican candidates running for office, to adopt the Republican Platform, and to vote for the Delegates representing the state at the Republican National Convention (RNC) scheduled to take place in Jacksonville, Florida, Aug. 25-27.
